We’re building a founding group of people from our five launch markets, and we’re looking for a wide mix of ages, genders, regions and dialects.

- You speak one of our launch languages naturally, as a first or fluent language.
- You’re comfortable being recorded, on camera and on audio.

- Record a capture sessionWe record your face, voice and expressions, with a range of scripted speech, in person or through a guided remote process. You receive an onboarding fee.
- Set your rulesChoose the industries, brands, content types and territories you don’t want to appear in.
- Get licensed and get paidBrands send briefs. Those that fit your rules are licensed, and you receive your share. Your dashboard shows each licence, where it ran and what you earned.

Fair pay, simply explained.
Talent receive 50% of net licence revenue. “Net” means the licence fee minus payment processing fees and taxes. We cover generation costs, so your earnings don’t move with compute prices.
Campaign licence
For time-bound work: ads, launches, social, explainers.

Who owns my likeness?
You do. You license it to brands through us for fixed terms. Nothing is granted forever, and nobody gets a perpetual or irrevocable right to your face or voice.
Can I say no to certain brands or industries?
Yes. At sign-up you choose the industries, brands, content types and territories you don’t want to appear in. Requests outside your rules are declined before they reach you.
What if I change my mind?
You can withdraw your likeness from future campaigns on notice. Your contract explains exactly how this works for licences that are already running.
Will my face and voice be used to train AI models?
No. Your data isn’t used to train general-purpose models, and we require the same of our technology partners.
How and when am I paid?
You receive an onboarding fee after your capture session, then your share of each licence. Payouts are monthly, in your preferred currency and payment method wherever we can support it.

Tax treatment depends on where you live. We’ll explain how your payments are classified before you sign.
